补偿平等是乡村教师支持政策的基本精神。其中,乡村教师质量发展的支持性政策体现了对乡村教师内涵发展的补偿;乡村教师数量发展的支持性政策体现了对乡村教师外延发展的补偿;调控城乡学校师资配置的相关政策体现了对乡村教师发展结果的补偿。进一步优化乡村教师支持政策,应当在明确乡村教师内涵发展与外延发展标准的同时,关注乡村教师发展的实际状态,并据此调整相关政策的目标确立、工作选择和时空安排。

Compensation equality is the basic spirit of rural teacher support policies.Among them,the supportive policies for the quality development of rural teachers reflect the compensation for the connotative development of rural teachers;the supportive policies for the development of the number of rural teachers reflect the compensation for the extended development of rural teachers.;the related policies to regulate the allocation of teachers in urban and rural schools reflect the compensation for the development results of rural teachers.To further optimize rural teacher support policies,we should pay attention to the actual state of rural teacher development while clarifying the connotative development and extension development standards of rural teachers,and adjust the target establishment,work choices,time and space arrangements of relevant policies accordingly.
