地方本科高校新工科建设的探索与实践——以南华大学为例 被引量:6

摘要 新工科是当前我国高等工程教育改革与发展的重大举措,也是地方本科高校发展壮大的重要机遇。当前大多数地方本科高校的新工科建设尚处于初步探索阶段,在人财物资源的短缺性、教育资源整合的艰巨性、“责权利”问题的复杂性、教学管理的繁杂性等共性问题面前缺乏改革的勇气和信心。针对这些问题,南华大学谱写了新工科建设的“变观念、明要求、建策略、育人才”四部曲,在实际应用中产生了良好的效果,具有一定的示范效应和借鉴意义。 Establishing Emerging Engineering Education is an major measure for the reform and development of higher engineering education in China,and a crucial opportunity for the development of local universities.As for Emerging Engineering Education,most local universities are still in the preliminary exploratory stage at present because of the lack of courage and confidence in the face of problems such as the shortage of human,financial and material resources,the arduous integration of educational resources,the complexity of the issue of“rights and responsibilities”,and the tedious administration of teaching and learning.In order to solve these problems,University of South China has brainstormed and composed the trilogy of establishing Emerging Engineering Education:changing concepts,defining requirements,taking action and educating talents.It has produced good results in practical application,has certain demonstration effect and reference significance,and can provide useful thinking for the Establishing Emerging Engineering Education in local colleges and universities in the future.
