两种三维标测系统射频消融治疗右室流出道室性早搏对自主神经功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨应用EnSite Velocity5.0系统与EnSite Velocity4.0系统射频消融治疗右室流出道室性早搏对自主神经功能的影响。方法:两种手术系统分别选取15例患者,通过24h动态心电图记录两组患者术前2d、术后1d、术后3个月心率变异性。结果:EnSite Velocity5.0系统手术组与EnSite Velocity4.0系统手术组患者频消融术后1d SDNN、rMSSD、pNN50%、LF、HF均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后3个月上述指标均可恢复正常。术前2d,术后1d、术后3个月两组患者各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种系统射频消融治疗右室流出道室性早搏对心脏交感神经及迷走神经活性均有不同程度的损伤,术后3个月均可恢复正常,对自主神经系统的影响是安全的。EnSite Velocity5.0系统不优于EnSite Velocity4.0系统。
