南方宗族性社会血缘组织发育成熟,超越家庭之上有笼罩性结构力量,即宗族。从家庭到宗族是基于血缘关系所形成的自己人社会,家庭与宗族是一种服从与权威的阶序关系。家庭按照宗族伦理秩序来行动,由此内生出依附性社会。北方小亲族社会血缘关系发育不成熟,家庭与门子是基于血缘关系形成自己人社会,而家庭与村庄是基于地缘关系形成熟人社会。门子规模小难以满足家庭的功能需求,家庭需通村庄社会交往把外人内化为自己人,从而构建人脉资源,由此促成北方的交往性社会。
