疫情防控形势下的医疗卫生服务设施规划建设思考

Thinking on the planning and construction of medical and health service facilities under the situation of epidemic prevention and control

自2019年末的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来,广大基层的医疗卫生服务设施凸显出严重的短板,区域医疗卫生防控体系和医院建筑设施急需完善和补充。为此,面对新一轮医疗卫生服务设施建设的高潮,从区域卫生规划顶层设计、城市应急备用地、特殊用途的医疗机构、以及医院建筑规划设计要点等方面进行探讨,旨在探索我国医疗卫生服务设施在疫情防控背景下的规划建设模式。

Since the new epidemic outbreak of coronavirus pneumonia at the end of 2019,serious shortcomings in the medical and health service facilities in vast majority of grass-roots becomes obvious and is deeply awared by the public,thus the regional medical health prevention and control systems and hospital building facilities need to be improved and supplemented.To this end,in the face of a new round of climax in the construction of medical and health service facilities,the planning and construction mode of China′s medical and health service facilities in the context of epidemic prevention and control is explored from such aspects as the top-level design of regional health planning,urban emergency standby sites,special-purpose medical institutions,and key points of hospital building planning and design.
