奥瑞姆自护模式在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析护理中的应用及对患者血糖水平的影响

Application of Orem Self-care Mode in hemodialysis nursing on the patients with diabetic nephropathy and its influence on blood glucose level

目的:探讨奥瑞姆自护模式在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析护理中的应用及对患者血糖水平的影响。方法:选取盐城市第一人民医院2016年10月至2018年10月收治60例糖尿病肾病患者,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,各30例,对照组展开常规护理,实验组以奥瑞姆自护模式展开护理。对比两组护理效果及血糖水平。结果:护理后,实验组自主护理能力评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);护理后,实验组平均血糖水平较对照组高,实验组日平均血糖波动幅度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);护理后,实验组生存质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:奥瑞姆自护模式可提升糖尿病肾病血液透析患者自主护理能力,并使血糖得到稳定控制,进而达到改善其生存质量的效果。

Objective To explore the application of Orem self-care mode in hemodialysis care on the patients with diabetic nephropathy and its influence on blood glucose level.Methods A total of 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Yancheng City from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to the numerical table method.The control group carried out routine nursing, and the experimental group carried out care in orem self-care mode.The nursing effect and blood glucose level of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing, the score of independent nursing ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the average blood glucose level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the daily average blood glucose fluctuation range of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Orem self-care model can improve the independent nursing ability of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy and stabilize the control of blood glucose, so as to improve their quality of life.
