Research progress on the influence of different positions on blood loss after total knee replacement

本文综述不同体位放置对术后失血量的影响。全膝关节置换手术后将患者患肢摆放在伸直位、屈髋伸膝位、屈髋温和屈膝位、屈髋高屈膝位,观察不同体位对术后失血量和关节活动度的影响,为临床选择简单有效减少出血的方法提供依据。

This paper reviewed the effects of different postures on postoperative blood loss.After total knee arthroplasty,the affected limb was placed in the straight position,hip flexion and knee extension position,hip flexion and gently knee flexion position,hip flexion and high knee flexion position,to observe the influence of different postures on postoperative blood loss and range of motion of the joints,so as to provide a basis for clinical selection of simple and effective methods to reduce bleeding.
