摘要
矿井提升机是煤矿、铁矿、有色金属矿生产过程中的重要设备,其安全、可靠运行,直接关系到企业的生产效率和安全。提出一种双PLC控制的变频调速系统,着重介绍系统控制原理和软、硬件设计。该变频调速系统既可实现无级调速,节约电能,又可实现系统全自动控制与保护,运行的可靠性与安全性有显著提高。
Mine hoist is an important equipment in the production process of coal mine,iron mine and non-ferrous metal mine.The safe and reliable operation of hoist is directly related to the production efficiency and safety of enterprises.A frequency conversion speed regulation system controlled by double PLC has been proposed.The principle of system control and the design of software and hardware have been emphatically introduced.The frequency conversion speed regulation system can realize stepless speed regulation,save electric energy,and realize full automatic control and protection of the system,so as to improve the reliability and safety performance of operation.
