摘要
针对掘锚一体机截割减速器体积小、传递功率大和可靠性高的特点,研究了双激励锥齿轮副传动技术,实现了2台电动机在高速级功率合流换向。阐述了双激励传动的基本原理,分析了锥齿轮副的齿形齿面和轴及轴支撑的选择依据,计算校核了国产EJM340/4-2型掘锚一体机锥齿轮副中齿轮的弯曲强度和疲劳强度、轴径、轴承寿命和热平衡。实践表明,精确设计的双激励锥齿轮副可适应冲击、重载等工况,能满足掘进设备截割减速器各项性能要求。
Aiming at the characteristics of small volume,large power transfer and high reliability in the design of cutting reducer of integrated excavator-anchor machine,the transmission technology of double-drive bevel gear pair is studied,and the commutation of two motors in high-speed power is realized.The basic principle of double-excitation drive has been expounded,the selection basis of tooth profile,tooth surface,shaft and shaft support of bevel gear pair have been analyzed,the bending strength and fatigue strength,shaft diameter,bearing life and thermal balance of gears in the bevel gear pair of EJM340/4-2 digging and anchoring machine have been calculated and checked.Practice has showed that the precisely designed double-drive bevel gear pair can adapt to impact,heavy load and other working conditions,and can meet the performance requirements of cutting reducer of tunneling equipment.
