煤尘浓度监测抑制系统设计

摘要 针对煤炭开采及转运过程中煤尘的危害,通过研究煤尘的产生和分布的规律,提出了采用静电场装置来抑制空间中煤尘的浓度,并利用无线自组网技术和B/S系统架构,实现了对于作业现场煤尘浓度的在线监测及在线调整煤尘抑制参数,并以最优化的策略得到现场除尘的实施方案,可有效降低煤尘含量,减少对设备、人员、环境的影响。该系统有关静电抑制煤尘装置的研究开发,对于其他行业具有一定的借鉴作用。 Aiming at the hazards of coal dust during coal mining and transportation,through studying the pattern of coal dust generation and distribution,the use of electrostatic field device to alleviate the concentration of coal dust in space has been put forward,and can realize online monitoring of coal dust concentration and online adjustment of coal dust suppression in the working site by using wireless ad hoc network technology and B/S system architecture.The parameters and the implementation scheme of on-site dust removal have been obtained by optimizing the strategy,which can effectively reduce the content of coal dust and reduce the impact on equipment,personnel and environment.The research and development of this system and the electrostatic suppression device of coal dust also have certain reference for other industries.
