摘要 铁法煤业集团大强煤矿的井深为-990 m,属于千米深井,井下的粉尘灾害十分严重,对此设计了井下综合自动降尘系统,包含自动洒水降尘控制器、矿方隔爆型自动洒水降尘电控箱,并整合了多种控制功能及综合环网为一体,还包含了无线遥控传感器与控制器之间的无线通信控制单元,同时利用煤矿井下自身的Wi-Fi无线基站和环网交换机建立通信关系,实现数据上传功能和煤矿井下自动洒水降尘环网覆盖,并改善了井下的防尘降尘效果,实现了“无人值守”的效果。 The well depth of Daqiang Coal Mine of Tiefa Coal Industry Group is-990 m,which belongs to a kilometer deep well,where has serious dust disaster.A comprehensive underground automatic dust control system has been designed,which includes automatic water spraying and dust control controller,mine flameproof automatic water spraying and dust control box,and integrates various control functions and integrated loop network,also contains a wireless communication control unit between a wireless remote control sensor and a controller.At the same time,the communication relationship between the underground mine’s own Wi-Fi wireless base station and the ring network switch has been established to realize the data upload function,realize the automatic sprinkler and dust removal ring network coverage,improve the effect of underground dust prevention and dust removal,and achieve the effect of“unattended operation”.
