中部槽机器人自动化焊接生产线的研制与应用 被引量:3

摘要 根据刮板输送机中部槽的设计结构,焊工件材质、焊接工艺以及生产节拍等为出发点,研制了一条集成6套双机器人焊接系统、1套自动化物流系统、1套生产线控制系统、3个上下料架、1套离线编程软件及1个生产线控制室等为一体的机器人自动化焊接生产线。通过自动上下料架、RGV物流小车,实现待焊工件的自动上下料;借助自制夹具实现中部槽的装夹、翻转及同步焊接,提高了焊接效率;通过离线编程软件,实现了焊接工艺的离线编程及示教;又利用控制室内的视频监控系统及质量监控系统,实现了生产线无人安全作业及工件质量一致性。 According to the design structure of the middle groove of scraper conveyor and starting from the angles of welding workpiece material,welding technology and production rhythm,a robot automatic welding production line integrated with six sets of double robot welding system,one set of automatic logistics system,one set of production line control system,three upper and lower racks,one set of off-line programming software and one production line control room have been developed.The automatic feeding and unloading of the workpiece to be welded has been realized by the automatic feeding and unloading frame and RGV logistics trolley,and the clamping,turning and synchronous welding of the middle groove have been realized by the self-made fixture,which can improve the welding efficiency.Through offline programming software,the offline programming and teaching of welding process have been realized.Video monitoring system and quality monitoring system in control room have also been used to realize the unattended safe operation of production line and the consistency of work quality.
