无轨胶轮车制动失效阻拦系统试验

摘要 针对无轨胶轮车制动系统性能不稳定,易出现速度失控跑车现象等安全问题,研究设计了一种无轨胶轮车制动失效阻拦系统。该系统主要包括车载设备与巷道设备两部分,车载设备包括控制器、尾钩机构、测速传感器、脱钩检测传感器、报警器等,可实现自动或手动控制尾钩机构。巷道设备包括控制器、吸能器、牵引钢丝绳等,可通过牵引钢丝绳和吸能器完成有效的拦截作用。该系统进行了试验研究并对相关试验数据进行记录,试验数据表明,该系统具有较强的阻拦稳定性与可靠性。 Aiming at the safety problems such as the unstable performance of the braking system of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle and the easy occurrence of incontrollable speed sliding of car,a braking failure blocking system for trackless rubber-tyred vehicle has been designed.The system mainly includes two parts,which are vehicle equipment and roadway equipment.Vehicle equipment includes controller,tail hook mechanism,speed sensor,decoupling detection sensor,alarm and so on,which can realize automatic or manual control of tail hook mechanism.Roadway equipment includes controller,energy absorber,traction wire rope and so on,which can be effectively intercepted by traction wire rope and energy absorber.The system has been experimentally studied and the relevant experimental data have been recorded,the experimental data has been showed that the system has strong stability and reliability of blocking.
