边际效应是现代经济学发现的重要规律,是指其他投入要素固定不变时,连续地增加某一要素的投入,超过某一水平后,总产量的单位增量即边际产量出现下降的现象。如何提高思想政治教育的实效,避免出现边际效应递减,需要正确把握理论、问题、实践三重逻辑。研究和讨论思想政治教育中投入与产出的关系,在工作中不断创新和改进方式方法,提高教育者素质,避免边际效应递减现象的发生,从而充分调动受教育者参与思想政治教育活动的积极性,进一步提高教育的时效性。

Marginal effect is an important law discovered by modern economics.It refers to the phenomenon that when other input factors are fixed,the input of one factor is increased continuously.When the input exceeds a certain level,the unit increment of total output,which means marginal output will decline.In order to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education and avoid the marginal effect of diminishing,weshould correctly grasp the triple logic of theory,problem and practice.We need to research the relationship between input and output in ideological and political education andinnovate continuously and upgrademethodsand the improvement quality of educators to avoid the phenomenon of diminishing marginal effect.Therefore we fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the educated to participate in ideological and political education activities to further improve the timeliness of education.
