近期,各147培训机构及相关单位已经开始按照民航局下发的咨询通告AC-66-FS-002R1《航空器维修基础知识和实作培训规范》进行培训课程开发。在培训课程的实作部分开发过程中,往往会遇到课时分配、教学设备匹配等系列问题。澳大利亚航空学院的培训需求分析工具(TNA Tool)能够解决上述问题。本文介绍了该工具的使用方法,并基于其中的优先级分析模型(TNA Analysis)制作问卷,根据问卷调查结果给出了培训建议。

Recently,147 training institutions and relevant units have started to develop training courses in accordance with the Advisory circular AC-66-FS-002 R1"basic knowledge and practical training specification for aircraft maintenance"issued by CAAC.During the development of the practical part of the training course,there are often a series of problems,such as the allocation of class hours,the matching of teaching equipment and so on.The training needs analysis tool(TNA tool)of AAI can solve these problems.This paper introduces the use of the tool in detail,and builds a questionnaire based on the priority analysis model(TNA analysis),and gives training suggestions according to the results of the questionnaire.
