摘要 随着工业发展水平的不断提高,工艺流程日趋复杂,成分分析变得越来越重要。在线分析仪表可以更好地对工艺系统的关键成分进行监视和控制,避免了因手动取样分析带来的时间滞后现象。对生产过程中在线分析仪表的应用进行了调查,发现在线分析仪表基本覆盖了整个生产过程的主要气体分析。分析仪表由过去的以手动分析为主转为以在线分析为主。对常用在线分析仪表的特点进行了分析,重点研究了分析仪表预处理系统的维护、改造,并列举了在线分析仪表在企业生产应用中存在的问题及解决方案;探讨了在线分析仪表在工程应用中存在的问题及解决方案。在化工领域中,在线分析仪表能及时反馈工艺控制,提升了生产的安全性,使生产效率明显改善,产品质量明显提升。 With the continuous improvement of industrial development,the technological process is becoming more and more complex,and component analysis is becoming more and more important.The online analyzer can monitor and control the key components of the process system better and avoid the time lag caused by manual sampling analysis.The application of online analytical instruments in the production process is investigated.It is found that the online analytical instruments basically cover the main gas analysis in the whole production process.The analytical instruments has changed from manual analysis to online analysis.This paper analyzes the characteristics of common online analytical instruments,focuses on the maintenance and transformation of the pretreatment system of analytical instruments,lists the problems and solutions existing in the production and application of online analytical instruments in enterprises,and probes into the problems and solutions existing in the engineering application of online analytical instruments.In the field of chemical industry,the online analytical instruments can timely feedback process control,improve the safety of production and significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.
