兼具GPS/北斗双模定位与加热一体的装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 为改善科研人员或边境巡防战士等在极端环境的工作条件、确保人员安全,需要提升其衣物的保暖性,并能够对其进行位置定位,设计了一款兼具GPS/北斗双模定位与加热一体的装置。以STM32F103RBT6为控制核心,设计了温度控制电路、定位电路和控制系统。采用MC20芯片实现位置信息获取、DS18B20采集温度信息,通过STM32F103RBT6微控制器,将位置信息和温度信息显示到液晶屏上。测试结果表明,定位精度能达到3 m左右;温控精度在±1℃浮动;负载功率30 W以下,且质量仅150 g。装置适用最低温度为-40℃。该系统具有电路结构简单、功耗低、温度控制精确、定位快速、误差小等特点,可广泛应用于人迹罕至及自然条件恶劣地区等需要兼具定位与加热功能的服装或类似装置。 In order to improve the working conditions of researchers or border patrol soldiers in extreme environment,and to ensure the safety of personnel,it is necessary to improve the warmth of their clothing and position them.A GPS/Beidou dual-mode positioning and heating device is designed.Based on STM32f103RBT6,the temperature control circuit,positioning circuit and control system are designed.The position information is obtained by MC20 chip,the temperature information is collected by DS18B20,and the position information and temperature information are displayed on the LCD screen by STM32f103RBT6 microcontroller.The test results show that the positioning accuracy can reach about 3 m,the temperature control accuracy floats up and down±1℃,the load power is less than 30 W,and the weight is only 150 g.The minimum temperature of the device is-40℃.The system has the characteristics of simple circuit structure,low power consumption,accurate temperature control,fast positioning and small error.It can be widely used in clothing or similar devices which require both positioning and heating functions in areas with few people and poor natural conditions.The system has the advantages of simple circuit structure,low power consumption,accurate temperature control,fast positioning and small error.
