乡村振兴背景下乡村教师激励的现实困境及其突破 被引量:15

摘要 乡村教师是乡村振兴必须依靠的乡土人才,是振兴乡村教育的关键。然而,在当前我国乡村教师队伍的建设中,乡村教师激励面临着诸多现实困境,主要表现为激励方式注重物质化、激励措施碎片化以及激励制度实施浅表化。突破此困境,应依据教师专业发展过程及乡村教师的特殊性,兼顾乡村教师的内在与外在现实需求,构建完整的乡村教师激励制度,并建立相应的效果评估及反馈机制,助力乡村振兴战略的落实。 Rural teachers are the local talents rural revitalization has to rely on,and they are the key factor of revitalizing rural education.However,rural teacher motivation is facing many predicaments under the background of the current construction of rural teaching staff in China,which mainly include the materialization of incentive methods,the fragmentization of motivational measures and the superficial implementation of incentive system.To break through these predicaments,we should,based on the process of teachers’professional development and the specificity of rural teachers,take account of both rural teachers'internal and external needs,construct a complete system of motivating rural teachers,and establish a corresponding mechanism of effect evaluation and feedback to facilitate the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
