摘要
我国教师教学主张具有同质化的倾向,具体表征为对名校名师教学主张的竞相模仿或简单移植、重立意高远的教学主张构建而轻教学主张的教材化和教学化研究、教师教学主张形成路径重演绎轻归纳。造成教师教学主张同质化的原因包括:技术理性思维对教师创新能力的羁系,"不可为"和"不必为"观念对教师提炼教学主张意识的禁锢,教学理论与教学实践经验二元性对教师凝炼教学主张张力的消解。要规避我国教师教学主张同质化现象,必须优化教师专业发展的生态环境、提高教师生成教学主张的自觉性和建构教学理论研究与教师实践经验的互通桥梁。
The teaching advocates of teachers in our country has the tendency of homogenization,which is embodied in the competitive imitation or simple transplantation of famous teachers'teaching advocates in famous schools,the construction of high-minded teaching propositions rather than the study of textbooks and teaching methods,and the formation path of teachers'teaching advocates which emphasizes deduction rather than induction.The reasons for the homogenization of teachers teaching advocates include technical rationality thinking fetters teachers'innovation ability,the undoable and unnecessary concepts imprison the consciousness distilling teaching advocates,teaching theory and teaching practice eliminate the tension of teachers'teaching advocates condenses.In order to avoid the homogenization of teachers*teaching advocates in our country,we must optimize the ecological environment of teachers’professional development,improve teachers’consciousness to generate teaching advocates,and construct a bridge between teaching theory research and teachers?practical experience.
