多元教学新模式在卓越医师组织学实验教学中的探索 被引量:2

摘要 按照卓越医师人才培养目标的要求,结合组织学课程的特点,我们团队尝试构建TBL(基于团队的学习方法)+LBL(传统讲授式教学)+互助式教学相结合的多元实验教学新模式,同时利用"对分易"教学平台作为辅助教学手段引入到教学中,取得了较好的教学效果。新模式的实施,不仅培养了学生的综合素质,也提升了教师的业务水平,从而为更好地达到课程教学目标和卓越医师人才培养目标奠定基础。 According to the requirements of the training goals of excellent physicians, integrated with the characteristics of Histology course, our team tried to construct new multi-mode experimental teaching mode that combines TBL(team-based learning method) with LBL(traditional lecture-based teaching) and mutual-aid teaching. Meanwhile, the "duifene.com" teaching platform is introduced into teaching procedure as an auxiliary teaching method, and good teaching effect has been achieved. The new multi-teaching mode of TBL + LBL + mutual-aid teaching has cultivated the comprehensive quality of students and improved the professional level of teachers. The new teaching mode will lay the solid foundation for achieving teaching aims of Histology and training goals for excellent physicians.
