小脑参与脑认知功能的事件相关电位研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来研究表明,小脑参与认知加工,包括注意转换,语言,图像,决策和推理以及认知控制[1-2]。大脑-小脑环路是目前研究的热点。Keser等[3]研究证明,大脑-小脑环路的存在表明皮质-脑桥-小脑途径和齿状核-红核-丘脑-皮质途径的作用是调节自愿运动和运动计划的执行,以及高级认知、视觉和听觉功能。事件相关电位(ERP)可以毫秒级精确描述不同时间进程的认知加工强度及其脑区分布,是探讨大脑认知加工时间进程特征的理想工具[4]。ERP是大脑结构在特定事件或刺激下产生的极小电压[5]。
