摘要
目的通过抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies,ANCA)间接免疫荧光法(indirect immunofluorescence,IIF)检测判读网络培训系统注册用户的问卷调查,了解我国ANCA间接免疫荧光法检测现状。方法中国医师协会风湿免疫科医师分会自身抗体检测专业委员通过网络形式向我国风湿免疫病诊疗领域工作的人员发放问卷调查通知。自愿参与者在指定时间内通过IIF-ANCA荧光判读培训认证项目网站注册并填写相关信息。收集整理注册人员填报的各自所在实验室IIF-ANCA检测相关资料并进行统计分析。结果我国能开展IIF-ANCA检测的实验室分布于22个省、4个直辖市及5个自治区的311家医院和4家第三方检测公司。其中检验科实验室占78.44%,专科实验室占11.68%,第三方实验室占5.99%。IIF-ANCA检测量检验科实验室为15138人次/周,占68.39%;第三方实验室3788人次/周,占17.11%;专科实验室2821人次/周,占12.75%。从事IIF-ANCA检测人员中,检验科实验室1250人,占80.08%;专科实验室175人,占11.21%;第三方实验室89人,占5.70%。开展IIF-ANCA检测实验室采用10的开方系统和倍比稀释系统的比例为1∶1.4。结论IIF-ANCA检测实验室已经遍及全国各省市自治区,主要采用的滴度系统为10的开方系统和倍比稀释系统。第三方实验室和专科实验室IIF-ANCA平均每周检测量占有较高比例。
Objective To investigate the current status of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)detection in China through the questionnaire survey of registered users participated in ANCA indirect immunofluorescence(IIF)test interpretation training network registration system.Methods The invitation was issued by Committee of Autoantibody Detection of Rheumatology and Immunology Physicians Association of Chinese Medical Doctor Association to the persons who work in the field of diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases in China through network.Voluntary participants register and fill in the information on the IIF-ANCA Training Certification Program website within the designated time frame,and the IIF-ANCA detection of relevant information in their respective laboratories was collected and analyzed.Results The laboratories which could carry out IIF-ANCA detection in China were distributed in 22 provinces,4 municipalities,and 5 autonomous regions,including 311 hospitals and 4 third-sector for laboratory companies.Of which,the laboratory accounted for 78.44%,the clinical laboratory accounted for 11.68%,and the third-sector for laboratory accounted for 5.99%.The numbers of IIF-ANCA test in laboratories was 15138 person time/week,accounting for 68.39%;in third-sector for laboratory was 3788 person time/week,accounting for 17.11%;in clinical laboratory was 2821 person/week,accounting for 12.75%.Among the staff engaged in IIF-ANCA detection,1250 were in the laboratory,accounting for 80.08%;175 were in the specialized laboratory,accounting for 11.21%;89 were in the third-sector for laboratory,accounting for 5.70%.The square root of 10 system and double dilution system were used by Laboratory in the detection of IIF-ANCA(1∶1.4).Conclusions The laboratories which can carry out IIF-ANCA detection in China are distributed all over the provinces and autonomous regions.The main dilution systems used by laboratory in the detection of IIF-ANCA are the square root of 10 system and double dilution system.Third-sector for laboratory and clinical laboratory has a higher percentage of average weekly test volume of IIF-ANCA.
