镍镀层钕铁硼磁环体内抗腐蚀性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨镍镀层钕铁硼磁环在胃肠道吻合中的抗腐蚀性能,以期为钕铁硼磁体完成胃肠道磁吻合时的表面改性需求提供依据和参考。方法:以新西兰兔为动物模型,利用磁压榨技术实施兔胃肠侧侧吻合,术后3、6、9、12、15 d获取吻合口标本及磁环。肉眼大体观察磁环表面腐蚀情况、称重法测量吻合前后磁环的质量变化、高斯计测量磁环磁感应强度变化情况。结果:随着体内留置时间的延长,镍镀层磁环表面腐蚀严重程度逐渐增加。母磁环在3、6、9、12、15 d的质量丢失率分别为0.59%、1.58%、2.86%、5.34%、10.09%;子磁环在3、6、9 d的质量丢失率分别为0.88%、6.83%、13.03%,子磁环在12、15 d时崩解严重,不能维持原本形状。子、母磁环磁感应强度随腐蚀程度的加重呈下降趋势。结论:镍镀层磁环抗胃液、肠液腐蚀能力较差,在短时间内可满足胃肠吻合需要,留置时间过长可出现磁环崩解。 Objective To investigate the corrosion resistance of Ni-coated NdFeB magnetic rings in gastrointestinal anastomosis.Methods New Zealand rabbits were used as animal models to perform the side-to-side gastrointestinal anastomoses by magnetic compression technique.The anastomotic specimens and magnets were obtained from 3,6,9,12,15 d postoperatively.The corrosion of the magnet surface was observed with naked eyes,the mass changes of the magnet before and after the coincidence were measured by weighing method,and the magnetic flux density of magnetic rings was measured by Gauss meter.Results With the prolongation of indwelling time in vivo,the corrosion severity on the surface of magnets increased gradually.The mass loss rates of the parent magnetic rings on 3,6,9,12 and 15 d postoperatively were 0.59%,1.58%,2.86%,5.34%and 10.09%respectively.The mass loss rates of the daughter magnetic rings on 3,6 and 9 d postoperatively were 0.88%,6.83%and 13.03%respectively.Due to serious disintergration,the daughter magnetic ring could not maintain its original shape at 12 and 15 d.The magnetic flux density of the daughter and parent magnetic rings decreased with the increase of corrosion degree.Conclusion The corrosion resistance of Ni-coated magnetic rings to gastric juice and intestinal juice is poor,which can meet the requirements of gastrointestinal anastomosis in a short time,and the magnetic ring disintegration can occur if the indwelling time is too long.
