摘要 简要介绍了导电高分子材料的由来以及两种具体类型,深入探讨了复合型导电高分子材料的导电机制,重点突出了炭黑填充型复合导电高分子材料的制备方法及其导电机理,并在此基础上对比了多种炭黑填充型复合导电高分子材料的制备特点,探讨了一种炭黑填充型精密铸造导电蜡模的制备方法,最后基于国内外科研界的发展对制备炭黑填充型导电高分子材料的新趋势进行了展望。 The origin and two types of conductive polymer materials were briefly introduced,the conductive mechanism of composite conductive polymer materials was deeply discussed,and the preparation method and conductive mechanism of carbon black filled composite conductive polymer materials were highlighted.On this basis,the preparation characteristics of a variety of carbon black filled composite conductive polymer materials were compared,and a kind of carbon black filled composite conductive polymer material was discussed.At last,based on the development of domestic surgical research,the new trend of carbon black filled conductive polymer materials was prospected.
