不同元素对输电杆塔用热镀锌镀层性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 输电杆塔一般采用热镀锌工艺进行防腐处理,但目前热镀锌镀层在大气污染环境下的防腐寿命明显降低,因此需要向镀锌液中掺杂其他元素,以提高镀层的耐腐蚀性能。研究表明:向热镀锌层中加入铝、镁、锡、镍、硅、稀土等元素,均能不同程度的提高热镀新镀层的耐腐蚀性能,但其含量必须严格控制。主要介绍了常见的掺杂元素,并介绍了其对热镀锌镀层结构和性能的影响。 Power transmission towers generally use the hot-dip galvanizing process for anti-corrosion treatment,but the current anti-corrosion life of hot-dip galvanized coatings is obviously reduced under the air pollution.Therefore,other elements need to be doped into the galvanizing liquid to improve the corrosion resistance of the coatings.Research showed that adding aluminum,magnesium,tin,nickel,silicon,rare earth and other elements to the hot-dip galvanized layer can improve the corrosion resistance of the new hot-dip coating to varying degrees,but its content must be strictly controlled.The common doping elements were mainly introduced,and their effects on the structure and properties of hot-dip galvanized coatings were described.
