甘肃酒泉某尾矿的选矿实验研究

摘要 甘肃酒泉某公司尾矿金品位0.85 g/t,银品位为5.46 g/t,通过借鉴比较、单因素条件实验等工作,最终确定采用浮选流程产出含金、银精矿。浮选采用一次粗选,三次精选和三次扫选,浮选条件为:-0.074 mm 90%,碳酸钠用量1000 g/t,硫酸铜用量为100 g/t,捕收剂丁基黄药+丁铵黑药(1:1)用量为100 g/t+100 g/t。精矿中金银品位分别为:31.6 g/t、106 g/t,金银的回收率分别为57.88%、30.99%。选矿实验实现了废弃资源的二次利用,促进了金、银循环经济的发展。 Gold grade and silver grade were 0.85 g/t and 5.46 g/t respectively in some tailings in Jiuquan,Gansu.At last,flotation processes were chosen through single factor experiment and reference and comparison.The processes were one roughing,three culling and three scavenging.The flotation conditions were-0.074 mm 90%,sodium carbonate 1000 g/t,copper sulphate 100 g/t,colletctors(butyl xanthate+butylamine black drug)100 g/t+100 g/t.Finally,the gold grade and silver grade in concentrate were 31.6 g/t and 106 g/t.The rates of recovery were 57.88%and 30.99%.So,the abandoned resources were successfully reused.The circular economy of gold and silver was promoted.
