摘要
以引入聚酰胺蜡防沉剂于硝基漆中进行应用,通过利用脂肪酸酰胺在天然石蜡中乳化产生极性,提高硝基漆的防沉性能。研究发现,使用聚酰胺蜡防沉剂于硝基漆中进行应用,通过从温度、分散时间等的合理选择,可以充分提升防沉性能。结果表明,防沉剂的合格搭配进一步延长产品的贮存稳定性。聚酰胺蜡防沉剂的使用不需要增加生产工艺,同时通过控制搅拌分散的转速与时间,进一步稳定硝基漆产品生产质量。
The application of polyamide wax antisettling agent in nitrolacquer can improve the antisettling property of nitrolacquer by emulsifying fatty acid amide in natural paraffin wax to produce polarity. It was found that the application of polyamide wax anti-settling agent in nitrolacquer can improve the anti-settling performance by reasonable selection of temperature and dispersing time. The results showed that the storage stability of the product was further prolonged by the qualified combination of anti-sedimentation agents. The use of polyamide wax anti-settling agent does not need to increase the production process. At the same time, the production quality of nitrolacquer products can be further stabilized by controlling the speed and time of agitation and dispersion.
