摘要
陕西兴化集团有限责任公司原有一套氨法脱硫装置,因环保要求的不断提高,现阶段已不能满足超低排放的要求,故新建一套氨法脱硫装置。原氨法脱硫工艺采用塔外结晶方式,新上装置采用塔内结晶方式,新装置刚投入运行时结晶不稳定,后通过多因素分析,及时调整了浆液的结晶温度、pH值、氯离子浓度、灰分含量等,实现较好的结晶效果,产出了硫酸铵成品。
Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co.,Ltd.has an original ammonia desulfurization unit.Due to the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,it can’t meet the requirements of ultra-low emissions,so a new ammonia desulfurization unit is built.The original ammonia desulfurization process adopts the crystallization mode outside the tower,and the new upper unit adopts the crystallization mode inside the tower.When the new installation was just put into operation,the crystallization was not stable.After that,through multi factor analysis,the crystallization temperature,pH value,chloride ion concentration and ash content of the slurry were adjusted in time to achieve better crystallization effect,and the finished ammonium sulfate crystal was produced.
