摘要
提出了一个适合于大学有机化学实验教学的三组分一锅法合成实验。在尿素的催化下,用乙酰乙酸乙酯、苯肼、和对称的脂肪族酮反应生成多取代吡喃[2,3-c]吡唑。通过实验,学生可以掌握回流、洗涤、重结晶等有机合成方法。初步认识红外光谱、核磁氢谱等基本的有机表征方法。以及掌握一些简单的反应机理。该实验在有机化学实验或开放型实验中具有较好的理论与教学意义。
A three-component one-pot synthesis experiment suitable for university organic chemistry experiment teaching was proposed.The polysubstituted pyran[2,3-c]pyrazoles were prepared by using ethyl acetoacetate,hydrazine and symmetric aliphatic ketones under the catalysis of urea.Through experiments,students can master organic synthesis methods such as reflux,washing and recrystallization,have a basic understanding of infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and other basic organic characterization methods,and master some simple reaction mechanisms.This experiment has a good theoretical and teaching significance in organic chemistry experiments。
