现代物流技术的酒类商品运输中缓冲包装设计

Buffer Packaging Design for Alcoholic Commodities Transportation Based on Modern Logistics Technology

随着经济和现代物流技术的稳步发展,酒类商品的运输需求也逐渐增大,针对酒类商品的脆弱性特点,缓冲包装设计日益重要,为了满足现代物流技术对酒类包装的标准化、绿色化、成本低要求,且考虑到酒类商品的特殊性需求,提出基于现代物流技术的酒类商品运输中缓冲包装设计方法。通过对现代物流对包装的要求和酒类产品包装特性及运输模式的分析,得出在酒类商品销售集合运输模式中,若酒类商品本身有包装盒,则填充泡沫塑料缓冲物或瓦楞纸进行固定,若没有包装盒,则采用塑料泡沫缓冲材料、瓦楞纸或蜂窝纸缓冲材料、纸浆模塑缓冲材料完成商品缓冲包装;在酒类商品网络销售快递运输模式中,通过塑料泡沫和气垫缓冲材料结合包装商品,在包装盒内贴着商品缝隙填放片状塑料泡沫缓冲材料或瓦楞纸缓冲材料,也可结合纸浆模塑、塑料泡沫以及气垫缓冲材料包装同时包含散装和盒装的酒类商品。通过分析得到针对运输过程中酒类商品缓冲包装设计方法,为酒类产品的安全运输提供保障。

With the steady development of economy and modern logistics technology,the transportation demand of alcoholic commodities is gradually increasing.In view of the vulnerability of alcoholic commodities,buffer packaging design is becoming increasingly important.In order to meet the standard,green and low-cost requirements of modern logistics technology,considering the special needs of alcoholic commodities,we proposed some buffer packaging design for alcoholic commodities based on modern logistics technology.Based on the analysis of the requirements of modern logistics for packaging and the packaging characteristics and transportation mode of alcoholic commodities,we reached the following conclusions.In the mass transportation of alcoholic commodities,if the commodities have packing boxes,polyfoam and corrugated paper can be used as buffer;if the commodities have no packing boxes,polyfoam,corrugated paper,honeycomb paper,and molded pulp can be used as buffer.In the express delivery of alcoholic commodities,polyfoam plus air cushion,polyfoam plus corrugated paper,or molded pulp plus polyfoam plus air cushion can be used as buffer.In this way,the safe transportation of alcoholic commodities can be guaranteed.
