摘要
钢轨伸缩调节器所在地段是线路的薄弱环节。为实时掌握钢轨伸缩调节器的运营状态,结合高速铁路运营需求,设计了高速铁路大跨度桥梁钢轨伸缩调节器区轨道结构健康监测系统。系统以钢轨伸缩调节器区轨道结构为监测对象,利用光纤光栅传感和视觉测量技术,采用B/S模式,实现轨道结构监测的数据可视化、报表生成、评估分析和分级预警。目前,研究成果已在宁安铁路安庆长江大桥、合福高铁铜陵长江大桥中部署应用,为铁路工务部门养护维修提供依据。
The area where the rail expansion regulator is located is the weak link of the railway line.In order to grasp the operation status of the rail expansion regulator in real time,combining with the operation demand of high-speed railway,this paper designed the health monitoring of track structure health monitoring system in rail expansion regulator area of long span bridge of high-speed railway.The system took the track structure in the rail expansion regulator area as the monitoring object,used the fiber grating sensing and visual measurement technology,and adopted the B/S mode to implement the data visualization,report generation,assessment analysis andgrading early warning of track structure monitoring.The current research results has been deployed in the Anqing Changjiang River Bridge of Ning’an Railway and Tongling Changjiang River Bridge of HeFu High-speed Railway,and provides a basis for maintenance of railway engineering department.
