摘要
近年来,随着MRI在骨关节病变诊断中的广泛应用,研究者们发现退变性膝骨关节炎患者的病变关节中普遍存在骨髓水肿,过去临床医师对退变性膝骨关节炎中骨髓水肿的认识不够,认为骨髓水肿是一种正常现象,但近年来有研究表明骨髓水肿造成的关节结构病变及临床症状均与退变性膝骨关节炎有着千丝万缕的关联,对退变性膝骨关节炎中骨髓水肿的病因作进一步研究及给予治疗可能延缓退变性膝骨关节炎的发生发展。因此,骨髓水肿有可能成为退变性膝骨关节炎治疗的新靶点。
In recent years, bone marrow edema has been commonly found in the diseased joints of patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis with the widespread application of MRI in the diagnosis of osteoarthritis. Previously, clinicians lacked of sufficient understanding of bone marrow edema in degenerative knee osteoarthritis and considered bone marrow edema as a normal phenomenon. However, recent studies have demonstrated that joint structural lesions and clinical symptoms caused by bone marrow edema are inextricably linked to degenerative knee osteoarthritis. Analysis of pathogenesis and effective treatment of bone marrow edema may delay the development of degenerative knee osteoarthritis. Therefore, bone marrow edema has the potential to become a novel therapeutic target for degenerative knee osteoarthritis.
