摘要
目的:探讨思维导图在科研项目管理中的应用效果。方法:运用思维导图对项目负责人进行科研项目的专题培训,比较经过专题培训与既往未经过专题培训人员项目及时完成情况。结果:培训后项目组主要人员对科研项目的主要流程和关键环节知晓率明显高于培训前;项目负责人经过专题培训的项目2.5年后的项目及时完成率明显高于未经过专题培训的对照组。结论:思维导图不仅可以将科研项目的主要流程、关键环节直观地展现在科研工作者面前,同时也可以帮助管理人员与项目组人员进行互动,从而提高管理效率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of mind mapping in management of scientific research projects.Methods:Conducting special training on science research projects by using mind mapping,and then compare the timely completion of projects with special training with those without previous special training.Results:The main staff of the project team are better aware of the main processes and key links of the scientific research projects after training than before training.And the project leader’s project completion rate after 2.5 years of thematic training is significantly higher than that of the control group without the special training.Conclusion:Mind mapping can not only visualize the main processes and key links of scientific research projects to researchers,but also help managers interact with team personnel,thereby improving management efficacy.
