摘要
随着科研经费管理日益完善,科研财务助理实现了"专业的人做专业的事",将科研人员从科研经费管理中解放出来。文章结合科研财务助理产生的背景及其职能定位,针对科研财务助理制度的完善提出了一些建议。
With the increasing improvement of the management of scientific research funds,the scientific research finance assistant has realized that "professional people do professional things" and liberate scientific research personnel from the management of scientific research funds.Based on the background and function orientation of scientific research financial assistant,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the system of scientific research financial assistant.
