摘要 无人机遥感监测具有的优势能够有效弥补卫星遥感、航空遥感平台在分辨率和时效性方面的不足。文章通过卫星通信、4G专网等通信链路的移动平台将前端的无人机系统、后端的海洋综合管控平台集成整合,构建了从空中到地面、由前方到后方多级联动的一体化监视监测系统。目前,基于移动平台的海域无人机监视监测系统已应用于海域海岛常规监视监测、项目用海疑点疑区监测、海洋灾害应急监测等场景,提升了江苏海域监视监测整体能力。 The advantages of UAV remote sensing monitoring can effectively compensate for the lack of resolution and timeliness of satellite remote sensing and aeronautical remote sensing platform.Based on satellite communication,4 G private network and other communication link mobile platform,this paper integrates the front-end UAV system and the back-end ocean integrated control platform,and constructs an integrated monitoring and monitoring system from air to ground,from front to rear.At present,the sea area UAV surveillance and monitoring system based on mobile platform has been applied to the routine surveillance and monitoring of sea islands in the sea area,the monitoring of the suspected area of the sea area for the project,and the emergency monitoring of marine disasters,so as to enhance the overall ability of Jiangsu sea area surveillance and monitoring.
