摘要
文章针对锻造行业锻件加热装炉问题进行研究。棒状坯料装炉形式包括单层并排式和多层堆叠式两种,对于单层并排式的锻件装炉方式采用遗传算法方式,求解装炉容差最小方案,实现加热炉最大化装炉。对于多层堆叠式锻件装炉,首先进行装炉模型分析,然后进行装炉程序设计,帮助生成装炉方案,减少加热炉加热次数。通过不同锻坯的加热炉装炉优化,提高了加热炉效率,实现节能减排。
This paper studies the heating and charging problems for forgings production process.Rod blanks contains two types which are a single layer side by side and a multilayer stacking.For the single-layer side-by-side forging method,the genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the minimum tolerance of the furnace.For the multi-layer stacked forging furnace,the furnace model analysis is first carried out,and then the furnace programming is carried out to help generate the furnace charging scheme and reduce the furnace heating times.Through the optimization of the heating furnace loading of different forging billets,the efficiency of the heating furnace is improved,and the energy saving is realized.
