R&D投入对高新技术企业技术创新的影响--基于张家港市的实证分析

Impact of R&D investment on technological innovation of high-tech enterprises:empirical analysis based on enterprises in Zhangjiagang

技术创新是一个复杂的系统,制约其发展的因素较多,可在横向上将影响因素分为外部因素和内部因素。外部因素在外部影响企业的技术创新,不受企业的控制,包括政策制度、企业融资、市场竞争等。内部因素是由企业自身引起的,属于企业可控因素,包括企业的研发组织制度、研发费用和研发人员的投入等。文章以张家港市高新技术企业为研究对象,立足内部可控因素,从R&D投入的角度出发,以发明专利申请数作为技术创新评价指标,通过SPSS软件进行相关性、多重线性回归分析,力图发现R&D投入对张家港市高新技术企业技术创新能力的制约、影响因素,并在分析结果的基础上,对张家港市高新技术企业的技术创新提出可操作、可实践的对策、建议。

Technological innovation is a complex system with many factors restricting its development,which can be divided into external factors and internal factors horizontally.The external factors influence the technological innovation of enterprises outside,and are not controlled by enterprises,including policy system,enterprise financing,market competition and so on.The internal factors are caused by the enterprise itself and belong to the controllable factors of the enterprise,including the R&D organization system of the enterprise,the R&D expenses and the investment of R&D personnel,etc.Taking high-tech enterprises in Zhangjiagang for research objects,focusing on controllable internal factors,using the number of patent application as evaluation index,the paper studies the relationship between R&D investments and technological innovation capabilities by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS.Furthermore,on the basis of analysis result,the paper provides manageable and practical advice on technological innovation to high-tech enterprises in Zhangjiagang.
