重大突发公共卫生事件推动城市智慧卫健建设的对策分析--基于新冠肺炎的思考

Analysis on countermeasures of smart cities’ health construction promoted by major public health emergencies:based on COVID-19

以智慧城市为抓手推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是信息化发展的必然趋势。但是面对新冠肺炎,智慧城市卫健功能的短板也顿时显现,文章通过对智慧卫健面对突发公共卫生事件的功能进行阐述,对其发展现状进行梳理,对智慧卫健建设存在的问题进行分析,最终为智慧卫健建设发展提出了针对性的建议。

It is an inevitable trend of informatization to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability with the wisdom city as the starting point.But when facing the COVID-19,the shortcomings of smart cities’ health function also suddenly appear.This paper expounds the functions of smart health facing the public health emergencies,sorts out its development status,analyzes the problems,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of smart health construction.
