基于“五步排查法”的负损台区治理策略

负损台区的治理是同期线损系统管理中的一个难点,通过一段时间的实践和摸索,文章总结出了基于供售电两侧的"五步排查法",即从供电侧对关口表计的采集、接线、模型配置、表计精度、资产状态5个主要方面进行排查。从售电侧对户变关系、表计接线、有无反向电量、多个母计量点的表计关系是否正确、用户设备是否正常工作5个主要方面进行排查,对突发型、波动型两类典型负损台区进行治理,效果明显,为负损异常台区的治理提供了有益的思路。

Governance of negative loss areas is a difficult point in the management of line loss systems over the same period,through a period of practice and exploration,this paper summarizes the "five-step inspection method" based on both sides of power supply and sales,from the power supply side,the five main aspects of gateway meter collection,wiring,model configuration,meter accuracy and asset status are checked.And it checks the following aspects from the sale side of the household change relationship,meter wiring,whether there is a reverse electricity quantity,whether the meter relationship of multiple master metering points is correct,whether the user equipment is working properly.It governs the two types of typical negative loss areas of sudden and volatile types.The effect is obvious and provides the useful ideas for the management of negative loss abnormal areas.
