江苏省文物保护单位档案管理信息化实践

Research on information practice on archive management informationization with historical and cultural sites in Jiangsu

文物保护单位是具有重要历史、艺术、科学价值的不可移动文物,实现文物保护单位档案的科学高效管理,是开展相关保护与研究工作的基础。当前大部分文物档案仍以纸质材料和扫描数据为主,难以满足新时代文物管理工作的需要。为了提高管理效率和管理水平,文章针对江苏省内的全部文物保护单位,录入档案全文,整合空间信息,建设文物保护单位"文图一体化"数据库,开发文物保护单位管理系统。系统基于地理信息相关技术方法,支持文物保护单位档案资料的全面管理、动态维护和快速统计,能够以地图可视化表达方法,对文物保护单位进行统一展示,显著提升了文物档案管理、检索、更新、分析等工作的效率,是文物档案管理信息化的一次有效实践和创新。

Cultural relic protection unit is an immovable cultural relic with important historical,artistic and scientific value.It is the basis of carrying out relevant protection and research work to realize the scientific and efficient management of archives of cultural relic protection unit.At present,most of the cultural relics archives are still based on paper materials and scanning data,which is difficult to meet the needs of management in the new era.In order to improve the management efficiency and management level,this paper aims at all historical and cultural sites in Jiangsu Province,input archives,integrates spatial information,builds the database of "text&map" and develops the management system.Based on techniques and methods of GIS,the system can support the overall management,dynamic maintenance and rapid statistics of the archives,and display all sites uniformly with the method of map visual expression,which has significantly improved the efficiency of the management,retrieval,updating and analysis.It is an effective practice and innovation of the informationization of historical and cultural sites archives management.
