在线式轮辋轮辐探伤设备与不落轮镟床共线设置新工艺研究

摘要 文章针对动车组检修作业效率问题,提出了在线式轮辋轮辐探伤设备(以下简称"LU设备")与不落轮镟床共线设置作业的新工艺,对LU设备与不落轮镟床的间距设置、地沟长度制定进行了分析,并介绍了设备共线工艺方案、临修不落轮镟库设备布置方案,最终总结了新工艺的优点,为该工艺在各动车组维修作业推广提供了有力参考。 According to the problems existing in EMU detection,this paper proposes a new process in which LU equipment and wheelset-class-lathing were set collinearly,analysing the distance between LU equipment and wheelsetclass-lathing,as well as the length of trench,and introduced the collinear process and equipments position in workshop.At last,it concludes the advantage of the new process,which provides a powerful conference for spreading the process.
