摘要
目的研讨临床路径与翻转教学法联合应用在呼吸内科临床教学中的开展效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年7月在本院呼吸内科实习的90例医学生,通过抽签法进行分组,45名实验组学生的教学模式为临床路径结合翻转课堂,45名参照组学生的教学模式为传统教学方案,对比二组学生的实习成绩与学习效果评分。结果实验组学生的理论知识成绩、临床操作成绩以及总成绩均高于参照组,实验组学生在学习兴趣与热情、临床思维能力、理论知识理解能力、分析与解决问题能力、学习效率、团队合作能力方面的评分均高于参照组,组间数据对比P <0.05。结论在呼吸内科的临床教学中,开展临床路径结合翻转课堂教学法,对提升教学质量与学生学习能力具有积极帮助。
Objective To study the effect of the combined application of clinical pathway and turnover method in the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods 90 medical students in the respiratory department of our hospital were selected from May 2018 to July 2019. The teaching mode of the 45 experimental group students is the combination of the clinical path and the turnover class. The teaching mode of the 45 reference group students is the traditional teaching plan. The results of the practice and the learning effect of the two groups are compared. Results The students’ theoretical knowledge, clinical operation performance and total score of the experimental group are higher than that of the reference group, and the students in the experimental group are interested in learning and enthusiasm. The scores of clinical thinking ability, theoretical knowledge ability, analysis and problem-solving ability, learning efficiency and team cooperation ability were higher than that of reference group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine, it is worth to promote the improvement of the teaching quality and the ability of the students to improve the teaching quality.
