摘要 文章探讨学生标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)在检体诊断学见习教学及考核中的运用效果及可行性。将2015级临床专业本科生分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用学生标准化病人进行见习教学,对照组采取传统教学模式,于课程结束之后进行理论考试、全身体格检查考核及问卷调查。结果显示理论考试成绩、全身体格检查考试成绩差异具有统计学意义,其中检查手法技巧及人文关怀方面实验组同学得分明显高于对照组,而仪表形象、准备工作、检查项目及顺序方面得分,两组差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。学习效率方面两组没有明显差别。实验组进行问卷调查,结果显示学生认为SP教学模式优于传统教学方法。 To explore the teaching effect and feasibility of student standardized patients in diagnostics clinic teaching and assessment.202 students of clinical medicine from Lanzhou University were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted student standardized patients for clinical teaching and the control group took traditional teaching model. The test scores(including theory and physical examination) were compared between the two groups. Survey was conducted about teaching effect in all students. To compare with the control group, the theory and physical examination scores were significantly higher in the experimental group(P<0.05). The scores in experimental group were significantly higher in physical examination skills and humanistic care. There is no statistically significant between the two groups in appearance of doctor, preparatory work, examination items and sequence. No statistical difference was observed in learning efficiency between the two groups. The questionnaire survey showed that students think SP teaching model is better than traditional teaching methods. Student standardized patients in diagnostics clinic teaching could observablyincrease students’ academic performance and operation skills level, improve the quality of diagnostics teaching, and alleviate the current disparities about insufficient teaching resources.
