摘要
循证医学和临床思维的培养对于医生的成长至关重要,这两方面能力也是无法通过传统的课堂教学实现的。早期接触临床教育模式可以尽早帮助医学生完成由高中生向医学生的转变,并且在接触临床工作中逐渐培养自己的思维模式。目前国内大部分医学院已经提高了对医学生早期接触临床教育模式的认识,然而由于早期接触临床教育模式设立时间不长,教学内容及形式尚没有统一标准,导致医学生教育成果不是非常理想,对早期接触临床教育模式的普及及提高医学生的认可度产生了消极的影响。笔者多年担任早期接触临床教育模式带教老师,将通过科研指导,临床教学及人文素质培养三方面,对早期接触临床教学实践的方式及内容进行探讨。以期对未来该教育模式的优化提供指导。
Evidence-based medicine and the cultivation of clinical thinking are essential to the growth of doctors. These two capabilities cannot be achieved through traditional classroom teaching. Early exposure to clinical education models can help medical students complete the transition from high school to medical students as early as possible, and gradually cultivate their own thinking mode in clinical exposure. At present, most domestic medical schools have improved their understanding of the clinical education model of early exposure to medical students. However, since the early contact clinical education model has not been established for a long time and there is no uniform standard for teaching content and form, the medical students’ educational results are not very satisfactory. It has had a negative impact on the popularity of early exposure to clinical education models and the improvement of medical students’ recognition. The author has been an early exposure clinical education model teaching teacher for many years, and will explore the methods and contents of early exposure clinical teaching practice through three aspects of scientific research guidance, clinical teaching and humanistic quality training. With a view to providing guidance for the optimization of this education model in the future.
