温针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察温针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:100例按随机数字表法分为两组各50例。对照组行腰椎牵引治疗,观察组行温针灸联合推拿治疗。结果:观察组总有效率、JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后VAS评分、IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、MMP-3指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症可降低VAS评分及炎症因子水平,提高JOA评分,改善症状及预后。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with massage on lumbar disc herniation.Method:100 cases were divided into two groups with random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with lumbar traction while the observation group were treated with warming acupuncture and massage.Result:The total effective rate and JOA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores,IL-1β,IL-8,TNF-α,and MMP-3 indexes were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with massage could reduce VAS score and inflammatory factor level,increase JOA score and improve symptoms and prognosis in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
