摘要 "工作室制"是高校实践教学的有效模式。内蒙古师范大学国际设计艺术学院服装与服饰设计专业根据自身特点,正视行业发展、地域需求、专业定位等因素,将"工作室制"实践教学融入人才培养方案中。通过学分制、双向选择、课题化教学、链状工作室合作等机制的改革,实现了理论与实践的深度统一、教学模式的动态完善、多个沟通桥梁的搭建等成效。在培养以服务社会为目的的创新型、应用型服装与服饰设计人才方面效果显著。 "studio system" is an effective mode of practical teaching in colleges and universities. According to its own characteristics, the major of clothing and apparel design in the international college of design art of Inner Mongolia normal university faces up to the factors such as industry development, regional demand and major positioning, and integrates the practice teaching of "studio system" into the talent cultivation program. Through the credit system, two-way choice, subject teaching, chain studio cooperation mechanism reform, has realized the depth of the theory and practice of unity, dynamic improving teaching model, a number of bridge structures, such as effectiveness, in training to serve the community for the purpose of innovative, applied clothing and apparel design talent.
