摘要
以粉煤灰为主要原料,利用稀土镧进行负载改性制备了改性粉煤灰多孔陶瓷。研究了不同氯化镧浓度、改性时间、改性温度和pH值等条件下改性粉煤灰多孔陶瓷对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果,来确定最佳改性条件。通过红外光谱、SEM、EDS、XRD和XPS等技术对改性前后粉煤灰多孔陶瓷进行表征,分析负载机理。研究表明最佳改性工艺为:在pH值为1.76、温度为30℃、浓度为0.41 mol/L的LaCl3溶液中浸渍32 h,洗涤干燥后在450℃下焙烧30 min;稀土元素La的负载机理主要通过与多孔陶瓷中的钠钙斜长石的Na元素发生离子交换进行负载,La元素以羟基化的形式负载。
The modified fly ash porous ceramics were prepared by using fly ash as the main raw material and using rare earth lanthanum for loading modification. The adsorption effects of modified fly ash porous ceramics on Cr(Ⅵ) under different conditions of lanthanum chloride concentration, modification time, modification temperature and pH value were studied to determine the optimum modification conditions. The fly ash porous ceramics before and after modification were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, SEM, EDS, XRD and XPS techniques to analyze the loading mechanism. The research shows that the best modification process is: the cerium chloride solution with a pH of 1.76 and a concentration of 0.41 mol/L is kept at 30 ℃, immersed for 32 h, and calcined at 450 ℃ for 30 mins.;the loading mechanism of rare earth element La is mainly that the loading is carried out by ion exchange with the Na element of the sodium-calcium plagioclase in the porous ceramic, and the La element is supported in the form of hydroxylation.
