摘要
目的研究珠芽景天Sedum bulbiferum全草的化学成分。方法综合运用D101大孔树脂柱色谱、反复硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术进行分离,并运用MS、NMR技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从珠芽景天全草70%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、丁香酸葡萄糖苷(2)、2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)甲基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、橄榄树脂素(4)、环橄榄树脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(-)-橄榄树脂素9′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、(-)-二氢去氢二松柏醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、bluemenol A(8)、euodionoside D(9)、脑苷酯B(10)、腺苷(11)、尿苷(12)、4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3-hydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-butanenitrile(13)。结论所有化合物均首次从珠芽景天中分离得到,其中化合物1~5,8~13为首次从景天属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Sedum bulbiferum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic techniques, including D-101 macroporous adsorptive resins, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and other methods. Their structures were identified by the MS, NMR. Results A total of 13 compounds were isolated and identified from 70% ethanol fraction of the plant, which were 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), glucosyringic acid(2), 2-(3,4-methoxyphenyl)-methyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), olivil(4), cycloolivil-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(-)-olivil-9′-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(6),(-)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferylalcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), bluemenol A(8), euodionoside D(9), cerebroside B(10), adenosine(11), uridine(12), 4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3-hydroxy-2-(hydroxylmethyl)-butanenitrile(13). Conclusion All compounds are isolated from S. bulbiferum for the first time. Compounds 1-5, and 8-13 are obtained from the genus Sedum for the first time.
