推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化必须坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度,推动中国特色社会主义制度更加成熟定型。中国特色社会主义制度为中国特色社会主义事业长远发展提供根本保证;中国特色社会主义制度的历史性、科学性、优越性,所具有的文化底蕴、个性与共性的辩证统一是我们坚定制度自信的根本理由;中国特色社会主义制度建设要坚持守正创新,有方向、有原则、有目标地向前推进;中国特色社会主义制度的生命力在于执行,要培养人们的制度认同意识、培育社会主义核心价值体系和社会主义核心价值观,在全社会形成尊崇制度、敬畏制度、执行制度、创新制度的意识,为提升制度执行力和治理效能提供文化心理支撑和良好社会氛围。

To modernize the national governance system and capacity,we must uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and make it more mature and well-formed.The socialist system with Chinese characteristics provides a fundamental guarantee for the long-term development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The historical,scientific and superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the cultural deposits,dialectical unity of individuality and commonness are the fundamental reasons for our firm confidence in the system.We must stick to the right and make innovations,and move forward in a right direction,with principles and with goals.The vitality of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is to perform.We should cultivate the consciousness of system of respecting,reverence,execution and innovation in order to provide cultural psychological support and a good social atmosphere for improving the executive power and governance efficiency of the system.
