摘要
[目的]探讨LIM激酶-1(LIMK1)和丝切蛋白(Cofilin)在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.[方法]选择2015年9月至2018年6月在本院诊治的93前列腺癌患者及51例前列腺增生患者,采用免疫组化法检测前列腺癌组织及前列腺增生组织中LIMK1与Cofilin蛋白表达水平;分析前列腺癌组织中LIMK1与Cofilin蛋白表达水平的相关性及其与患者病理特征及预后的关系.[结果]前列腺癌组织中LIMK1和Cofilin蛋白阳性率明显高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.05);前列腺体积、精囊侵犯、淋巴结转移、包膜侵犯、切缘阳性、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平、前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)、Gleason评分及临床T分期不同的前列腺癌患者癌组织中LIMK1及Cofilin蛋白表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LIMK1和Cofilin蛋白表达与前列腺癌患者生存率明显有关(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中LIMK1和Cofilin蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05).[结论]LIMK1与Cofi-lin蛋白在前列腺癌组织中呈阳性表达,其与前列腺癌患者的临床病理特征和生存率有关,可作为前列腺癌患者诊治和判断预后的指标.
[Objective]To investigate the correlation of the expression of LIM-kinasel(LIMK1)and Cofilin with clinicopathological features and prognosis of prostate cancer.[Methods]In this study,protein expression lev-els of LIMK1 and Cofilin in tissues measured by immunohistochemistry were ollcted from 93 cases of prostate cancer and 51 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2018.The correlations of LIMK1 nad Cofilin with their clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed.[Results]The positive rates of LIMK1 and Cofilin protein in prostate cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia(P<0.05).The expression levels of LIMK1 and Cofilin protein in prostate cancer patients with different prostate volume,seminal invasion,lymph node metastasis,capsule invasion,positive mar-gin,PSA level,PSAD,Gleason score and clinical T stage were significantly different(P<0.05).The expressions of LIMK1 and Cofilin were significantly associated with the survival rate of prostate cancer patients(P<0.05).The expression of LIMK1 protein was positively correlated with Cofilin expression in prostate cancer tissues(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Both LIMK1 and Cofilin are positively expressed in prostate cancer tissues,which are correlated to the prostate volume,seminal invasion,lymph node metastasis,capsule invasion,positive margin,PSA level,PSAD,Gleason score and clinical T stage;meanwhile,the lymph node metastasis,capsule invasion,positive margin,Gleason score,T stage and protein expression levels of LIMK1 and Cofilin are associated with the survival rate of prostate cancer patients.Thus,LIMK1 and Cofilin protein expression levels can be serves as indi-cators for diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer.
